If your order does not require custom engraving, then orders can be cancelled on same day or till order packed & ready to ship by next business day. will refund the full amount back into your account as per return policy.

On individual purchases we only provide refunds/replacements for damages and other genuine cases provided you reach out to our customer care team within 1 days of delivery of said product.
